In this case we had so many pitfalls and demands from the patient. She is a retired Dental Technician so she has immense industry knowledge and expectations.

The aim was to give her a healthy and balanced mouth and empower her with the look that she always dreamed of having!

As an insight into achieving this ambitious transformation, my biggest challenge was her smile line.

I am always suspicious of patients who have been hiding their smiles for years!

I have learnt from experience that when they get new teeth, they smile big.

I mean big! And this case is no different.

So it was predetermined that we planned for that and also planned to copy the bumps and anatomy of her gums before we did surgery, so that we could replicate these features into the new Implant Bridge, for a natural smile transition!

Being a technician herself, she knew all too well the potential horrors of how fake the fake gum can look!

So, Moral of the story?

My level of experience has molded my mindset into creating natural smile rehabilitations when full arch implant solutions are required!
